
ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Understanding and Internal Auditor Training
Course Overview
The course will explain the requirements of the standard and give you the details information relating to the ISO 9001:2015 QMS requirements. The training will address the context of the organization, including the Amendment 1:2024 requirement, which supports an integrated approach to implementing the Quality Management System (QMS) to minimize operational disruptions.

Day 1
- Introduction and Overview of the new ISO 9001:2015 Requirements
- Discussion and Presentation on the details of the new ISO 9001:2015 Quality System standards and the related clauses
- Clause 4 – Context of the Organisation
- Clause 5 – Leadership
- Clause 6 – Planning
- Clause 7 – Support
- Clause 8 – Operation
- Clause 9 – Performance & Evaluation
- Clause 10 – Improvement
- Exercises on clause finding relating to various clauses
Day 2
- Understanding on the Internal Auditing Technique
- Auditing technique includes: Plan, Conduct and Reporting & Follow-up
- Phase 1 – Preparation of the Audit Process Approach
- Audit Plan and Audit Checklist Preparation
- Phase 2 – Conducting Auditing
- Highlight the areas of concern during audit and provide a summary of the auditing techniques and know-how for the trainee auditee for an effective training and understanding.
- Phase 3 – Reporting & Follow-up
Certificate
This is an Institute of Ergonomics and Hygiene (IEH) accredited course. A Certificate of Attendance will be provided for each person attending the course and demonstrating that they have understood the course content.
