Invitation to WSH Professionals

Turn Your Years of Experience Into Meaningful Peer-to-Peer Learning

SDU.sg invites experienced WSH professionals, consultants, practitioners, and subject matter experts to join our Peer-to-Peer Learning Network and share practical workplace lessons with fellow WSH Officers.

You propose the topic and plan your sharing session. IEH supports the marketing, registration, and course coordination. Your effort is rewarded through an equal share of the training profit.
Our Dream

Building a peer-to-peer learning network for the WSH community

Across Singapore, many WSH professionals have spent years managing risks, solving problems, leading teams, investigating incidents, supporting organisations, and building safer workplaces. These experiences are valuable, and they can help others grow.

At SDU.sg, we believe that professional development is most meaningful when it is grounded in real workplace experience.

Our aim is to bring experienced WSH professionals together as part of the SDU.sg Peer-to-Peer Learning Network — a community of practitioners who are willing to share their knowledge, lessons learnt, and practical insights with fellow WSH Officers as part of their Continuing Professional Development journey.

This is more than training. It is a movement to turn practical experience into structured learning that benefits the wider WSH profession.

We adopt a simple profit-sharing model. Contributors focus on proposing meaningful topics and planning valuable sharing sessions, while IEH supports the marketing, course registration, participant coordination, and administration. The contributor’s professional effort is rewarded through an equal share of the profit from the training fee.

Our Collaboration Model

A simple partnership built around shared contribution and shared reward

The contributor proposes the topic and plans the sharing session based on his or her own professional experience. IEH supports the course marketing, registration process, participant coordination, and overall course administration.

All profit from the training fee will be shared equally between IEH and the contributor. This ensures that contributors are not only helping the WSH community, but are also fairly rewarded for the time, expertise, preparation, and effort they put into the session.

  • Contributor proposes a practical and meaningful topic
  • Contributor plans and delivers the sharing session
  • IEH supports course marketing and outreach
  • IEH manages registration and participant coordination
  • IEH supports course administration and delivery arrangements
  • Training profit is shared equally with the contributor
“Every WSH professional carries lessons from the field. These lessons can help others make better decisions, avoid repeated mistakes, and grow with greater confidence.”

Be part of a meaningful CPD movement that promotes peer sharing, professional learning, and continuous improvement within the WSH community.
